Sara works with a range of library units that support and advance research, teaching, and learning at UConn Storrs including Access & Visitor Services, Greenhouse Studios, Interlibrary Services, Reference and Curriculum Services, Research Services, and the Regional Campus Libraries on the Avery Point, Hartford, Stamford, and Waterbury campuses. Sara’s work, and the work of the staff with whom she partners, puts the holistic stakeholder experience at the center of library efforts, and integrates the library into curricula and the UConn experience. Sara joined UConn in 2018 after working at Ohio University and Rutgers University. Sara holds a M.L.S from Rutgers University, a Ph.D. from Rutgers University, a M.Ed. from Ohio University, and a certificate in the Curation and Management of Digital Assets from the University of Maryland. She obtained Creative Commons Certification in April 2024
